As TMA’s President & CEO, Mike sets the customer-centric tone for the company and leads its strategic growth initiatives. In 2004, TMA was ranked number eight in Virginia Business Magazine’s “Fantastic 50,” which recognizes the state’s fastest-growing businesses. TMA also received the same award in 2006.

Mike attributes the company’s success to hiring the right people for the right jobs and giving them the freedom and support to serve customers by doing what they do best. He has been involved with the company and the direct marketing industry for more than 15 years. Within two years of working in list brokerage, he became the company’s top sales producer – bringing on Fortune 500 clients like Microsoft, GlaxoSmithKline and Aetna – and continues to oversee overall business development initiatives.

Mike serves as a board member to the George Mason University School of Management as well as the Taylor Institute for Direct Marketing at the University of Akron. He is also involved with a number of charities, including Children’s National Medical Center in Washington DC and the educational foundation of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA).

Scott oversees TMA’s daily operations to include finance and accounting, human resources, operational and IT support. While at TMA, he has spearheaded initiatives such as the implementation of structured financial and accounting processes and the augmentation of operational responsibilities and associated support. In addition, Scott has also restructured the employee benefit’s plan and expanded the human resource policies and procedures.

Scott brings a wide range of experience in various industries, in both the private and public sectors, for companies of all sizes. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was a deputy project manager working on a large global engagement to assist with Y2K readiness within the airline industry. He also has extensive experience in all phases of the software development life cycle.

As Executive Vice President, Rick oversees many of the company’s list management properties, cooperative databases, list brokerage clients, and internal sales support operations. Rick created the TMA database marketing division from scratch which today includes consumer, business-to-business, and political donor files as well as volunteer recruitment initiatives from multiple non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining TMA, Rick was a management technology consultant for ten years and brings a wealth of Account Management, Sales and Customer Service experience. Former clients include Capital One, AOL, Verizon and MCI.

From client visits to billing, Greg oversees TMA List Management’s activities with its numerous fundraising, telemarketing and direct mail clients while also managing some of TMA’s largest brokerage clients. He joined TMA as director of business development and successfully balanced the division’s growth — which at one point reached 200 percent, with exceptional customer service and his staff’s professional development.

Greg previously held sales and marketing roles with a Philadelphia communications company. He has been active with DMAW and the American Marketing Association.

As head of TMA’s advertising agency-focused list brokerage group, Tom works with some of the nation’s leading advertising firms. Over a four-year period, he increased TMA’s business to agency clients by 400%. He oversees and mentors a team of account managers and strives to be at the forefront of new client acquisition and growth strategies.

Throughout his career, Tom has demonstrated proven sales, marketing and business development experience — cultivating lucrative accounts and territories, developing high-performing sales teams and consistently ranking as a top producer. With a B.A. in Policy and Management Studies from Dickinson College and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, Tom brings a multi-faceted perspective to his position. He volunteers with DMA.

With more than 15 years experience in marketing and management, Kirstie brings extensive problem-solving skills, dedication and a wide range of industry knowledge to TMA. She leads all corporate marketing and communications initiatives, including branding, corporate marketing, public relations, promotions and sales support. Through building the TMA brand, Kirstie communicates the company’s identity and services to clients, prospects and the general public.

Before joining TMA, Kirstie led branding, marketing and sales support initiatives for organizations such as EDS, NCPA, AH&MA, George Washington University and NPES. Her background includes strategy, management and operations responsibilities for both marketing firms and corporate environments. She volunteers with DMA and DMAW.
